OCTOBER

Here I am begging for forgiveness again, as this year has been one of unintentional saturation. I have been out of the country for the last month, around Asia and Indonesia, floored by the different cultures we've built around food. I will post quite a few global learnings and knick-knacks when I get organized before the cold hits. You wouldn't know it's October in San Francisco ...

I wanted this site to touch on a few different categories of niche culinary components, food, drink and technique. The images below are from a frequent gathering called  Coterie429  - follow anything that looks edible to learn more ...

COTERIE 429

I wasn't always like this - I swear. I blame a professor I had in 1986 that showed me wine that didn't come from a box. It was all down-hill from there.

This is my blog so I don't have to bore people talking about food.  I feel compelled to warn you, I have no formal training, manifesto or food theory. I just love to explore and feed my friends. We just launched but feel free to hook up with the links below -

plenty of flavors ===
